Floor is finished

Filed under: Uncategorized — aroundthebend @ 10:28 pm

The floor (now that our heat is in) has finally been sealed and urethaned.  We love it.  “Spectacular” is the word we have used several times.  Pictures don’t do it justice when you see the expanse of a room… you’ll have to come and visit to see it.

  1. Things look great, guys!! I admire you in the moving forward especially when it seems too slow or not much progress is made. The floor looks great and i am sure in person it probably does look ‘spectular’! Hopefully we are able to come and visit yet this year – love to see it!!
    Blessings, mv

  2. Well yeah the floor is stunning and so worth waiting for–and you did wait a looong time!! Who would have thought that was hiding under all those tarps and sawdust. The boiler room or whatever it is called is extremely impressive. I really want to see those walls: They are WOW! Pretty creative, patient and persistent and talented people you are!!!!!

ps I think you have almost as much snow as 36 Silverview Dr.

  3. Where are the pictures of the blue kitchen???? And the kitchen cabinets? And Joel, Madeleine and Lydia hard at work? And the purple bathroom? And the mosaics? Your public wants to see results!!!

  4. (Actually, your public is really just procrastinating from studying for her econometrics midterm.)
