Did you notice how many days it took us to fill the foundation walls with sand and gravel? It was indeed a time consuming process, but the weather also slowed us down. Last week had several cold and rainy days, with a few lightning and thunderstorms. Today (June 8) the weather quickly warmed up, reaching the mid-thirties, with very high humidity. In the early evening, we were back to a more comfortable temperature, with cool breezes, when suddenly large dark clouds rolled in and dumped some more rain! The weather(wo)man promises cool sunshine for the next few days.
