As we toil and labour on our new home, lilies and other beautiful plants spring from the earth with no assistance from us. Our friend Bill moved the slender oak tree from another spot on the property and it appears to be thriving for now. Oak trees have long tap roots so are not easily moved. We’re looking forward to sharing this home with these plants, the rabbits and frogs hopping by, mosquito-eating bats, a wild turkey or two, woodpeckers, chipmunks, squirrels, and deer.

The lilies are blooming ‘without any assistance from us’! How lucky can they be….and here we see you slugging it out trying to create a little piece of home…still, all the hard labour will be worth it! And Harry got his machine…how cool!! Fabulous photos…keep them coming!
